Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. A standard stocked item may be cancelled before dispatch. Custom-cut, fabricated or installed work may not be cancellable once material has been cut, production has begun or site work has started.
Incorrect or defective supply
Please inspect goods promptly. If the confirmed item is incorrect or appears defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, photographs and a description. We will inspect the issue and offer an appropriate repair, replacement or refund where required.
Change of mind
Returns for change of mind require prior approval and the product must be unused and resalable. Transport, cutting, fabrication, installation and other completed service costs are normally not refundable.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through an agreed method. Bank and wallet processing times are outside our control. This policy does not reduce any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
